Salmon Smoked Whole Side Cut - The Roundsman
Atlantic Salmon reared in the clear waters off Scotland's west coast. Our Salmon is filleted by hand before being dry cured with salt. It is then smoked over Oak for 16 hours. The pin bones are then removed and each side trimmed before being sliced and packaged ready for you to enjoy. We select the smaller Salmon to give a leaner, less oily product. Ready to eat, 10 Day shelf life, Suitable for home freezing.
